Title세상 어디에도 없는 착한남자;  Innocent Man; Nice guy

               Park Si-Yeon as Han Jae-Hee
Release Date: September 12- November 15, 2012

Genre: Melodrama, Romance
Country: South Korea
Rating: 5 out of 5

Summary: This story is revolves around a young medical school student, Kang Ma-Roo, who's life looks very prosperous until, one day, he receives a call from his noona, Han Jae-Hee, in distress. In an effort to protect her, he takes the blame for a crime that she committed. 7 years later, out of jail, expelled from medical school, broke, and his noona living a life of luxury, Ma-Roo devises a plan to bring Jae-Hee to him. Unfortunately, Seo Eun-Gi, Jae-Hee's step-daughter, is the road map to that destination and becomes engulfed in their war. But along the way, even with Eun-Gi's feisty, arrogant attitude, she and Ma-Roo develop feelings for each other. Maybe Eun-Gi is what Ma-Roo needed to forget Han-Jae? Maybe Han-Jae and Ma-Roo's relationship is too strong to forget? Only way to find out is to watch the drama.

                                    [WARNING: MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS]

My say: Truthfully, I chose to watch this drama solely because Joong-Ki was in it. I'm a major Running Man fan and really missed seeing him. I was pleasantly  surprised when I saw that Kwang-Soo was also part of the cast, not mention, their beautiful, dramatic performance. Though, this drama is a melodrama there were still many funny and witty scenes, which I'll always be fond of. I don't know if I'm too gullible or just wasn't paying enough attention but when Ma-Roo was technically going in between Eun-Gi and Jae-Hee I was so confused on who he really liked/loved. Through all of the things he did for Eun-Gi I couldn't find any reason to doubt that he liked Eun-Gi. Actually, now that I think about it, that was Ma-Roo's intentioned for his actions to seem completely sincere so Eun-Gi could never catch whim of his plan. Which leads me to my next compliment to this drama. the acting. Yes, the acting could of been better but in the situations where the acting wasn't perfect it was reasonable because realistically they never happen. Hence, this drama deserves a 5 because the acting is great, cast was nicely chosen, scenery was beautiful, and the ending was very creative and clever.

Title: 넌 내게 반했어; Heartstrings
Staring: Jung Yong-Hwa as Lee Shin
             Park Shin-Hye as Lee Gyu-won
Release Date: June 29 - August 19, 2011
Network: MBC
Genre: Romantic-Comedy
Episode: 15
Country: South Korea
Rating: 4 out of 5

Summary: Lee Shin a talented leader of a band, handsome, cocky, and in the Western department while, Lee Gyu-Won is a typical/ normal girl in the Traditional department. One day, they unexpectedly meet in a funny and odd way bringing them to dislike each other. Through more funny and witty encounters Gyu-won and Shin develop a relationship but secretly Shin still harbors feelings for the dance teacher. The interesting love story of the two unfold in an amusing way along with some beautiful music.

                                                [WARNING: MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS]

My Say: Off the bat, I gave this drama a 4 because it was indeed a romantic-comedy, quite typical when it came to the main plot and sense of the drama. But, until like most romantic-comedies there was a more performing arts base and flattering music, which is why I gave this drama a 4 instead of a 3. On that note, the reason why it would of received that rating is because without the music this is the type of drama that isn't very unique and very predictable. I do commend the writer who thought of the musical senses of the drama. I would recommend to watch this drama because it is fun to watch but only if you have nothing else to watch. This is not a drama that I would mind watching over and over.
